1. Service Agreement
By booking with KZ Cleaning Co., you agree to provide our team with safe access to the premises and a working environment free of hazards. We provide all necessary eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified in your booking details. Our primary goal is to ensure your space is treated with the highest level of care and professionalism.
2. Cleaning Policies
We exclusively use non-toxic cleaning solutions to protect your family and pets. While we strive for perfection, please notify us within 24 hours if any area was missed, and we will return to correct it at no additional cost. Please note that we do not clean biohazards, mold, or extreme hoarding situations to protect the health and safety of our staff.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our team is locked out or cannot access the home at the scheduled time, a full service fee may still apply.
At KZ Cleaning Co., we prioritize the use of natural, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible. Our commitment to pet safety, family health, and environmental responsibility is at the heart of everything we do.
However, we understand that certain situations, surfaces, stains, or client preferences may require alternative cleaning products. Upon request, we are happy to discuss and accommodate the use of specific products when appropriate. In cases where stronger products are not necessary, we will continue to recommend and utilize our natural cleaning solutions whenever possible.
